Get what you want

Get what you want

Get what you want

I believe that there is an underlying principle that governs everything and around which every earthly operation is modeled.  A principle that once applied rightly, one can go to bed as the farmer does after he has planted his seed on a well cultivated ground, in the knowledge that he has done what he needs to do, and confidently expects to get the results he desires from the ‘equation’ to which he has applied the principle.

This principle has been stated in different ways on different platforms and in different religions, and summarized into various forms such as “whatsoever you would that men should do unto thee, do ye same unto them”; Seek ye first the kingdom of heaven and its righteousness, and the other things shall be added unto thee”; “whatever a man sows, that also shall he rip”, etc. Get what you want

Is it not rather disturbing therefore that we have forgotten these principles and to pursue religion instead.  Apparently, they have been presented too simply while we are still searching for something more complex than just practicing these laws and being patient to get results.

There are two parts to everything: the material part and the spiritual part.  As the crop cannot grow by itself, unless it is planted on a fertile ground, so the material cannot manifest on its own unless it is brought into play by the spiritual.  Following the law of Cause and Effect, the material is mere Effect. The Spiritual is the Cause.  Whatever it is that we want therefore, we must first seek and do the Cause.  If you give enough time for gestation, the Effect will surely materialize in our desire.  It always does. Get what you want

This teaches us that to harvest in the material, we have to plant in the spirit.  Most people seem to know this law, but the mistake they make is to take religion to mean spirituality.  Spirituality is not synonymous with prayer or any of those religious activities that we have replaced it with.  Although the term is very wide in meaning, I would simply summarize it into ‘maintaining a harmonic balance with nature’ to such an extent where Mother Nature would be our friend.  Once this friendship state with nature is achieved, which is equivalent to seeking first the kingdom of heaven and its righteousness, Mother Nature trusts us with all of its vast resources meaning everything else is taken care of.
